Go Jamrox. Its a lovely day.
I have just noticed we are both listed as 'active members'. Something to aspire to!
Just seen this thread, I'm in too all eit a week late in starting I will just finish a week later). I need some incentive to get moving more.
Yay CathyP
I sort of think that judging by the fun we are all finding the exercise thing that we are not going to stop after the 42 days. So it shouldn't matter that you join in late.
On shift today but managed 45mins on stationary bike and 15mins on X Trainer. Nice start to the week. Is it worth double cos it's a bank holiday ?

Yes I find it even more comfy when I borrow one of their mobility scooters. Well it does mean I exercise my thumb using the controls, and sometimes that is about the limit of my endurance. And going to the nearest shopping mall in wet weather (are you listening Viking lady!) can be a great way to walk in comfort. Go on a busy day and you can say you've completed an assault course!
Seriously, for people who are unsteady, the ground surface is great for walking on. Good in winter.

Went for walk in woods today with friends and kids. In the rain! Am I a trooper or what?! Finally cooked crust less quiche again and made thoseOh dear, Scandichic
At least you shouldn't need a helmet for walking.
Oh wait, just looked at your avatar pic and you do wear a helmet all the time.
Good for you for having a go. I guess the tandem won't be needed now?
haha the pair of you! Like I don't get enough grief from Mr Scandi! We are just watching a repeat where barnabys wife crashes the car. Barnabys just given her a long suffering look. I have pranged the car twice in 1 month and someone also drove into me but drove off so 3 claims. My hubbie found this hilarious and was chortling away whilst looking at me then at the telly then at me. My brother in law calls me cartoon accident girl. And all because I have managed to have one catastrophe after another. I have fallen down the stairs at least twice and ended up the hospital both times. Once when I slipped and landed on a pile of wood flooring, cutting my leg open, once when carrying the washing down the stairs, stepping on a welly and stair surfing to the bottom. It did not end well as I landed with one cheek on one step and one cheek on another. After a week of agony I went up the hospital and was signed off with a broken coccyx. I could go on but let's say I'm very accident prone and regularly attracted nutters in my younger days! Bit like this forum lol!And going to the nearest shopping mall in wet weather (are you listening Viking lady!) can be a great way to walk in comfort. My husband thought this was hilarious. He thinks I should change my name to cartoon accident girl as per the brother in law and have a picture of Wylee coyote going off a cliff. What a git! Lol!Well your horns are bound to get stuck in the car roof whilst driving. No wonder you have accidents!
