With tears of happiness, surely?!!!!!!!! :wink;Yep! Obsessive is good definitely, it's the ONLY way I achieve anything at all.
Hubby has just said that I am looking slimmer. I think I am going to cry.
Now it makes sense! Surely that's :
This is no ordinary crab. This is marks and Spencer's line caught Scottish wild crab.....
Once in a lift in marks and Spencer's. Floor announced by husky woman and I couldn't help myself. Quite spontaneously I piped up in a lift full of strangers....
This is no ordinary lift....
No, this is a marks and Spencer's lift. Everyone laughed..... Hopefully not at me!
I like the way you have extended your exercise, as I was told by physio we should do that every six to eight weeks.Added an additional loop to one of my usual routes and managed a 50 minute walk at lunchtime.
Errmmmm.......no! Lol!OK so my son who has worked away from home all week went straight from work to a footie tournament, then phoned to say he was going to eat and then go a friends house. My question is do you reckon he will be home before I go for my morning walk?

Oh, I am so envious. Last time I was there I had a hired mobility scooter, which broke down, so I had to be rescued by one of their 'hurry up wagons'. They put scooter on back of flat back truck and me in minibus. Then trapped my finger in the door.2 1/2 hrs staggering round Fountains Abbey. I'm sure it wasn't so hilly when I went 25 years ago. Too worn out now to do anything other than eat my tea and wash up.

That was one of my better days out in recent years.

Lidl sell them as to Aldi. I think Aldi may be the cheapest. My local health food shop had them cheaper than Holland and Barrett!..not long been up, still coming to, morning all....twistboard, skipping rope and that **** 'mind of its own' bodyblade are on the menu when I get back from work this evening, and the usual walk at lunch time, lost just over 2lb this week...all thanks to jamrox as she made me get off my butt...
...BTW I want to get some flax seeds...have tried Asda and Sainsbury's but no luck....we have all the supermarkets here so someone must stock it., does anyone know...?

I have all the different varieties and I use them for different things. I use the one with blueberries and sesame in plain yogurt as a desert at lunchtimes when I'm at work. The plain one or the one with goji berries I mix with ground almonds and eggs to make blinis. The blinis are nice with cream cheese or anything really. As I can't take a normal sized portion of porridge I add flax and/ground almonds to fill it out. The almonds give a creaminess which is good because I make it with water.
Yesterday: 45 minutes brisk walk in the evening. 15 minutes YouTube Zumba at lunchtime.
If you want to have a go: go to YouTube
Type in Zumba exercise and press return - don't select one of the options on the drop down menu
The video is about the third one down . It shows a group of ladies and the leader has line green leggings on. It's 16 minutes and split into 3 or 4 routines. Easy to follow. It's great for the arms too!
It's called Latin dance fitness for beginners
I do it via the interactive whiteboard in my classroom... It's more realistic!

Haha, yes, there is more than one car park!oh dear. There were points at which I'd like to have had hired a mobility scooter too. I'm sure last time we went, you more or less parked next to the abbey grounds- this time there was a nice downhill stroll to it which of course was a not so nice uphill hike on the way back.
But the numb bum has got to be a toned bum after all that exercise.Sat on my exercise bike for farrr to long this morning , got a numb bum and shakey legs lol.
Really need to iron but oh there's always tomorrow lol Day 20 complete.
