I admire the standing watching the sunrise part. Sounds so peaceful. I am afraid that by the time I drag my sad butt out of bed it is almost time for sunset.I have been out walking for an hour this morning, although I did stop for a while to just stand and watch the sunrise, but at least I've done my 30 mins today and I will do more than 30 mins ironing 'cos I have heaps to do.
I did it! An hour intense workout, made me too breathless to talk, which cheered the other in the pool. Bonus. New swimsuit which fitted perfectly in the shop this week was too big. Not sure if the water stretched it, but I did have one or two 'wardrobe malfunctions' which meant a large part of my exposed anatomy slapped me in the face. Shame I bought two of the new cozzies, and washed them before wearing to the pool, so can't exchange them. Not unhappy though, as it just feels so good to be able to go and buy some smaller ones. Gloat, gloat!Just away to do my hour in the pool, aqua fit. Followed by a bit of supermarket fartlek.
Good enough thanks zand. I am on a high with exercise and ignoring the fact that in the last two weeks I have only lost half a kilo. How is your day going Pipp?
Don't cry. Acknowledge he is righy. Soak up the compliments, ignore any criticism.Yep! Obsessive is good definitely, it's the ONLY way I achieve anything at all.
Hubby has just said that I am looking slimmer. I think I am going to cry.
Oh, is that something else I am doing wrong? I normally ignore the compliments (on the basis that they are probably not true) and soak up the criticism (so I can do something about it) I am still crying about it, I wish he hadn't said anything.Don't cry. ???????
...It is if you're a giant...Its hard to describe, about 4ft long couple like a flat narrow oar... you hold it in various positions while standing still and it vibrates and exercises your muscles and core, it doesn't sound like it does much but it does, you have to build it up from a few minutes to start with as its tiring.....oh my god have just read what I said, its sounds like something that should be in a different type of forum but there's no other way to describe it!!!
@ cold ethyl thanks for the information about the flax seeds re Morrisons ...
Edit ~ and Andy too, showing my ignorance, didn't know they were the same thing..![]()
Now it makes sense! Surely that's :
