Lidl sell them as to Aldi. I think Aldi may be the cheapest. My local health food shop had them cheaper than Holland and Barrett!
I have all the different varieties and I use them for different things. I use the one with blueberries and sesame in plain yogurt as a desert at lunchtimes when I'm at work. The plain one or the one with goji berries I mix with ground almonds and eggs to make blinis. The blinis are nice with cream cheese or anything really. As I can't take a normal sized portion of porridge I add flax and/ground almonds to fill it out. The almonds give a creaminess which is good because I make it with water.
Yesterday: 45 minutes brisk walk in the evening. 15 minutes YouTube Zumba at lunchtime.
If you want to have a go: go to YouTube
Type in Zumba exercise and press return - don't select one of the options on the drop down menu
The video is about the third one down . It shows a group of ladies and the leader has line green leggings on. It's 16 minutes and split into 3 or 4 routines. Easy to follow. It's great for the arms too!
It's called Latin dance fitness for beginners
I do it via the interactive whiteboard in my classroom... It's more realistic!

OK so my son who has worked away from home all week went straight from work to a footie tournament, then phoned to say he was going to eat and then go a friends house. My question is do you reckon he will be home before I go for my morning walk?
Yes he did!!!! But he also brought home a half eaten bar (big - 360g) of Cadbury's Dairy Milk and left it open in the kitchen where I found it when I got up this morning. Thankfully today has been a good day so far, so I just smiled and left it where it was. Son and husband have finished it now.Did he?
Haha, well done on avoiding the chocolate. It is disgusting stuff. Now a nice chunk of Green and Blacks and I might have bern tempted.Yes he did!!!! Yes I have been avoiding the nice chocolate for a while, but I think I am ready to buy some now. I have ordered some books today.....now I have 10 that I really want to read. Haven't read a book in years (well not fiction anyway)Haha, well done on avoiding the chocolate. It is disgusting stuff. Now a nice chunk of Green and Blacks and I might have bern tempted.
Ah and we mothers of sons, we can't help fretting about them. Mine grew up safely despite my fussing and worrying.
A ninety minutes walk this afternoon to try and relieve the frustrations after having lost my wallet this morning.
No I didn't. I think I must have dropped it in a car park in Reading as I had it when I paid for the parking but didn't have it when I got home. I phoned them but it hasn't been handed in so I spent thirty minutes phoning all those companies whose cards I lost. Hey ho.

Sorry about the lost wallet. How very frustrating. Hope it is found by someone honest.A ninety minutes walk this afternoon to try and relieve the frustrations after having lost my wallet this morning.
Sorry, Jamrox, but I don't agree with you on this. I had a look at the thread '4 questions for diabetics'. Any reputable researcher, even a student, should give more information to potential participants. Such as what the data will be used for, the Higher Education institution, whether the research proposal has been approved by an ethics committee etc. this looks like a not very well thought out project from a student, not very literate judging by the composition of the request, which will not make any contribution to academic journals or future development of knowledge of diabetic interventions.Have you seen the 4 questions for diabetics thread? If you answer honestly the research might make a difference in the future.

Sorry if that seems harsh, it probably won't do any harm to answer the questions, but I am not wasting my time.
I have been a bit under the weather today. Exercise has consisted of 20 minutes Pilates. Well at least twice that time, but have to take out the minutes lost trying to understand the instructor on the DVD, who speaks with an Australian accent, with background music. Music sounds like pan pipes with a bit of drumming, in the Aboriginal didgeridoo style. Ok, I have hearing loss just to add to my other imperfections, thought my hearing aids had gone rogue on me, so I am glad nobody was here to see my contortions, but I will not be beaten on this, and I will master the Pilates. Not sure if I am ready for a class yet though. Can think of lots more comfortable ways to make a pratt of myself in public.
Finished up with 20 minutes of exercises from physio. They are devised for unfit, overweight beginners to exercises. So at risk of offending some of you, I will get round to copying them here soon. They are a small step more advanced than the chair based exercises I posted a few days ago.
Ok, will try to type them up in a minute. If not promise will tomorrow.I'd love to see the exercises. Been using the other ones a lot when I am sitting on laptop- it all adds up and I need toning as much as I need cardio.
