Lidl sell them as to Aldi. I think Aldi may be the cheapest. My local health food shop had them cheaper than Holland and Barrett!
I have all the different varieties and I use them for different things. I use the one with blueberries and sesame in plain yogurt as a desert at lunchtimes when I'm at work. The plain one or the one with goji berries I mix with ground almonds and eggs to make blinis. The blinis are nice with cream cheese or anything really. As I can't take a normal sized portion of porridge I add flax and/ground almonds to fill it out. The almonds give a creaminess which is good because I make it with water.
Yesterday: 45 minutes brisk walk in the evening. 15 minutes YouTube Zumba at lunchtime.
If you want to have a go: go to YouTube
Type in Zumba exercise and press return - don't select one of the options on the drop down menu
The video is about the third one down . It shows a group of ladies and the leader has line green leggings on. It's 16 minutes and split into 3 or 4 routines. Easy to follow. It's great for the arms too!
It's called Latin dance fitness for beginners
I do it via the interactive whiteboard in my classroom... It's more realistic!

@peacetrain thanks for letting me know, there's always an answer to whatever we ask on here its great...

...Just got back from watching the Red Arrows opening our local Airshow this weekend, they're amazing...there was a question mark over whether they'd turn up as we had thunderstorms and torrential rain early this morning but they did...sudden whooosh and tremendous noise and they seem to appear from nowhere with their red white and blue vapour trails....they've been coming here for years ...a great start to the weekend....

....Wooops, my post isn't about exercise at all ...must admit I did get a lift to go into town to watch them and back too, long walk this afternoon....
