Are we related? Lol!When we break up the work begins!! I have to get everything ready for the next class!! So I won't be too far from my classroom during the holidays. I'm a bit of a workaholic. I tend to make work for myself too ... Such as ensuring each tray of crayons has the same number of crayons of the same colour in them ;-). I also make sure that the coloured cubes we use in maths are not all mixed in the same basket. I limit 2 colours to each basket. The children are less likely to produce random patterns!! I like to do all my own displays too. If it's wrong it's my fault. The chairs come in three colours and I have to have them in a certain order around the tables. Oh dear ...

I hate doing this but don't know why?!Changing duvet cover is one of the most challenging exercises I know!
...Sorry Pipp, meant to mention what you said about aquafit....I know water exercises have always been seen as good for exercising the whole body, I just don't feel its for me though...you obviously enjoy it though, I'll just have to bang on with the dry land ones!
Peacetrain,! Sorry you have not been feeling too good.3.5k in 35 minutes
I cut it short because we had sports day this afternoon. I've been up and down the playing field a few times!
Not been feeling too good this last couple of days. I don't know if it's because they've been stressful and my bg has been raised as far as very high sixes and I have been eating less than 50g carbs. I'm wondering if the strange feeling in my tummy, higher area is because of that or the strange feeling is causing the high bg. I think it's the former.
I'll see how the days ahead go.

Hey,@julifriendJust 30 minutes today as I'd foolishly agreed to be on a conference call immediately after my lunch hour. I won't be making that mistake again.
Do I detect relief in your post, Jamrox?
@Pollylocks I even get white coat syndrome at home.. Just getting the monitor out sets it off so I'm hoping that he is happy with my readings and leaves me alone. I have to go on 7th July for nurse to check me and I'll take my readings along - was 180/80 last time after massive panic attack but in hospital was only 138/69 which should be ok as my old GP was happy with 140/80.i think the difference is that in a and e you are on one if those automatic BP readers and yo've no idea when it is going to take it so can't panic about it too much.w
I used to have this problem with my pill. I would turn up. The nurse would take bp, I would be stressed that it was going to be too high, it would then be too high, then I'd have to argue case for pill, I'd get 3 months worth then the whole process would begin again. Now they've taken it awayI also suffer from white coat syndrome even when the only white coat is my flamingo pyjamas. After I insisted that 160 over something or other was not my true level he had me wear a monitor for twenty four hours. I admit, the first time it started up I was so startled I spilled my tea, but it did return an average of 120 over 80 and that was with some spikes that were likely anxiety related.
I saw that too @julifriend - great choice!Hey,@julifriend
I just noticed the new avatar pic.
I like it.
I keep meaning to personalise my avatar, but keep putting it off until tomorrow.

I like to have an air of mystery. Or I am just too lazy. Or a bit too thick to be able to know how. Or spending too much time browsing the forum, or have that may personas that it would be too difficult to decide what to use.Why don't you have an avatar?
I love them! I'm thinking of swapping mine to Hunni when I get down to 10 stone - lol!
Thanks Pollylocks...I love avatars, have got lots of forbidden goodies on my tray for you all...they're cyber so won't do us any harm...
Great Bebo321I mentioned to @zand that I had to get off my bum to walk the dogs - thought about this thread and decided to get my running shoes on, even if I didn't feel like it.
Ran through the fields with the dogs and even did a bit of a sprint finish once I had reached the shade of the trees. 'Little house on the prairie' eat your heart out!
I feel great! You guys rock!
