For me the only surprise I have from Costs's is the price. My local hospital cafe run by them charges £3.50 for a small Americano, no frills. A round of basic cheese and tomato sandwiches came to over £15 for me and my wife, and then she could not eat hers.Have just returned from my local hospital. took daughter for light treatment. While there dropped in at the onsite Costa and purchased a Sugar Free Vanilla Latte yes you read right a sugar free vanilla latte. As Costa have now realised that there is a demand for such a thing heaven be praised they have seen the light.
This may help regarding ingredients

Myfitnesspal has the medium sugar free vanilla latte at 18g carb - it's not on costa nutritional info but a sugar free. caramel one is listed as 15g - you can lower the carbs if you have soya milk
So it is also the best brand of coffee you have ever tasted.did try Starbucks about 10 years ago, and they get my vote for the worst cup of coffee I ever tasted. That is only because I have no other brand to compare it with.
All the tasting of things was done 'blind' - so I knew that they were being sent out into the world, but not who got them - I was using 'brand' as in named - there must be better coffees out there, still - I hope - just not who has got them.So it is also the best brand of coffee you have ever tasted.
