Hi, I'm currently having a problem with my new Aviva Expert I only got yesterday. Yesterday I could modify my entries, and now all of a sudden today I can't. Saying the entry is for advice only and cannot be modified. What have I done? Or how can I get it to let my modify my entries again? I tend to change my mind about desserts and similar after meals, and it's ideal for me to be able to modify my original carb entry. Please help!!

If it gives you a bolus qty and you have confirmed it,then you cannot modify anything after it it has been confirmed as far as I am aware.

You could modify yr entry by doing the bg test but leaving the bolus blank and then going to My Data, clicking on yr entry and then modifying it by changing the carb and filling in the bolus amount. But as DD has said, once youve done the bg test, entered carb and then confirmed the bolus qty, you wont be able to alter it in the My Data

Or just go on Bolus Advice in the main menu, input the carbs and it will tell you what insulin dose to give.
