@finsit this forum is not just for people with type 2 or people following a low carb diet to manage their diabetes. Therefore, I suspect there are a fair number of us who regularly eat fruit.
I eat fruit most days but I have the tool to limit the rise - insulin.
I appreciate this is different for someone managing their type 2 via diet but in your position I would test to find out what the impact is on your blood sugars with a small orange such as a clementine and decide whether you are able to tolerate it and whether the lack of variety in your diet is causing problems - remember, you need to manage all of your body, not just the diabetes.
