A Question for Katherine( or anyone who is interested)

I couldn't agree more. Since low carbing I haven't had a hypo. The freedom of this is absolutely fantastic. I used to spend all my time having little panic attacks at every twinge thinking I might be having a hypo. I used to hypo at least four or five times per week. Sometimes more than once a day. I now don't have the wildly swinging bg levels I used to have when eating "plenty complex carbohydrates". What a relief :)
