I feel so much better now, no longer do I have a brain fog that’s been clouding me these last few years and my stomach is actually behaving now. I’ve got buckets of awareness for how much I wasted my 20’s but it doesn’t mean that I have to let it hold me back. I’m going to do just that and face the future head on, like you said it’s best to focus on that and the good times in life than just giving up and falling to the wayside.
