Hi Guys. I'm just wondering am I right in my understanding that it would to longer than 3 months to see the full impact of changes made on diet an exercise on an a1c. For instance I bs was high. In January and low in February and March. Would Januarys high bs still be effecting an a1c tests numbers or result at the end of msrch
It would be yes, but more emphasis on the latter average!
Hba1c levels are important, in that it shows how your average has responded to your change in diet, meds and exercise!
This one of the reasons you get them either annually or after six months!
