A1C 72 1st October 48 yesterday! Got 1st appointment with diabetic nurse next week, but hope this is promising.
 
Well done Antje77! I remember getting back to 48. I kept going - the next one was 42 and the one after that 36! God did I enjoy the follow up to that one! Nothing quite like proving the sceptical, depressing, judgmental diabetic nurse wrong!

Thank you, it’s my husband. I joined to support him.
 
That is great - it's much easier to change lifestyle when your other half is making the changes with you - my husband says "What's good for you is good for me" and he treks along my walks with me.
 
What was the criteria for you coming off meditation?
