Aargh, leg cramp!

Have you been reading the statins thread on here? Lots of people reporting bad muscle cramps as a statin side effect.

I used to get cramps at night before diagnosis. I don't know if it was to do with the kidneys and body having to flush out the glucose through urine and sweat that was also flushing out other electrolytes. Since getting my glucose under control I have stopped getting cramps and do not seem to sweat as I used to. I used to be like a radiator now I am just cold and this is the only thing my wife complains about.
