I have not seen anything but would suggest Abbott are best places to answer that question.
I would not expect an ETA. I would expect the update to appear when fixed and tested.

As you may know, many of us were able to install the app while it was briefly available on Play Sore, and it is working fine as far as I can see. Depending on how risk averse you are, you could always install 2.10 from an APK mirror site. At least one guy here has successfully.

I just had a look. It's there now. I installed it 2 weeks ago and it is working fine. Do different phones have different app release times??

Yes. This is a phased roll out.
Last I heard (only yesterday ) anyone on Android 13 is still waiting.
