Abbott Freestyle Libre Out of Stock

I had a faulty sensor on Wednesday. Phoned Abbots on Wed afternoon and had the replacement sensor the following day.

My son used to work for Abbotts up until last week. He said that they are under massive pressure after the NHS announcement. They are opening another line in Ireland to double production
 
I ordered 2 nearly 2 weeks ago and my order is still on hold. I can get them cheaper from my local pharmacy so I want to cancel my order with Abbott bu their website does not appear to allow you to do this. Anyone know how to cancel orders ?

Phone them.
 
Mine took two weeks to come but having a gap then messes up all the averages , especially the 90 day and 30 day. It's disappointing.
 
My order finally appeared today - 29 days after I ordered. Will get from the chemist now. They are cheaper, no delivery costs and they arrive in 2 days.
 
Ordered 3 sensors on the 23rd of Feb, Finally being delivered tomorrow (14th March). That's about 2 and a half weeks from order to delivery. Disappointing really! Went to my local boots the other day to ask about sensors to which I was told they don't buy them in which I know is a lie as a friend of mine is an assistant manager at boots and they've all been sent an email regarding the sensors and how to go about pricing them.

You'll see in my comment back one page that Boots reply to me was speak to the pharmacy. To be honest I'm quite happy with ASDAs pharmacy.
 
I did try phoning them to cancel my order but was put on indefinate hold due to higher than usual calls then disconnected. Abbott have got to get their act together, I will never order from them again.
