I'm thinking about trying a different location to the licensed one (upper arm). Any tips on where to locate in abdomen area? Guess I need to think about trouser waistline running and also distance from insulin injection sites?
I've not tried my abdomen as a sensor site, but am now using top of my leg and it probably works better than on my arm. I prefer it there as I wear bare arms a lot when I'm dancing.
I would be interested if anyone has tried other sites successfully.
Sorry about delay. Yes, I put it on the side but slightly towards back. That way I don't catch it. Just had my first HbA1c result after 4 months using Freestyle Libre - down from 6.7 to 6.0 which is my best for years.
Did you try it on your leg?
