To this mark is known as ACANTHOSIS-NIGRICANS. It can come out in the neck, face, front, armpits, between the legs and other corporal parts. It’s a mark in the skin that indicates high levels of insulin in the body. It tends to confused with a dirty spot but this actually indicates that the body is resisting to the insulin that the body produces. As result, the pancreas produces more insulin and eventually develops diabetes (almost always type 2). It can disappear with simple changes in life style and a moderate reduction of weight (in many cases).
