Hey Guys,

New to the forum here. Been Type 2 for many years now and as I am getting older, the hospital is wanting me to go on insulin. I have lots of questions and some concerns so thought where better to ask than a Diabetes Community

We/they will all tell you to reduce your carbs (are you one a reduced carb diet now?)

I went from 130 units of insulin to zero by a no major carbs diet. I now have 4 tabs and all my tests have come up rosy.

If you want more info on no major carbs diet just ask there are a few options. Mine is just no major carbs others prefer LC hi Fat.
