Hi, I am having problems uploading the Accu Check 360 software on to my laptop.
I have just received the new edition which is compatible with windows 10.
I have run the software but after five minutes or so it says failed and closes down.
I have disabled my firewall and I have plugged the Realtyme thing in but to no avail.
I am not the best on computers so I don't know if I an missing something really obvious.
