Accu-Check 360 Software

Hi all,

I'm trying to get hold of the Accu-Chek 360 software so I can download the results from my Accu-Chek Mobile and share them with my specialist team. However, I can't find it anywhere!

It doesn't appear you can download it from the Accu-Chek website (unless I'm just not seeing it) but can get it on CD, but there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to order the CD. I've tried Accu-Chek Connect, but that doesn't recognise my monitor.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of where to get this software from (preferably download)? Google isn't really helping here!

I had to call Accu-Chek to get this. There was a nominal charge for the software. Don't have the number to hand but I used the one on their website at the time. They also supplied me the RealTyme USB cable for downloading for free.

I phoned Accu-Chek support here in Australia for details re that software. They sent me a link to buy it online at the really cheap price of $100.00.

I now have a Abbot Freestyle Lite meter and have downloaded the free software. Abbot support sent me a hard copy on cd with the special usb cable needed all at the low of price of free.
