Hi, I have a new Accu check mobile, which is fine but I can't seem to find the software to download it to. Can anyone help please?

Have you tried the Accu Chek Mobile website?

I don't bother with it. I just use the USB to my PC and look at the graphs and details that way.

Thanks - yes I went there first but no mention, mind you I didn't think to try just connecting it. Thanks

I believe you have to pay for the software which I find appalling so just use a USB cable and look at the results

I tried to down load it the other day to no avail. Will stick with the usb connection only. If you have better luck please let me know.

Welcome to the forum @RMC1967, I have had the same problem. Try contacting Accu-chek and see if they can shed some light on the situation.

When I enquired about the Accu-Chek 360 software and cable I was quoted $100.00 for it here in Australia.

Accu-Chek is the only company that charges for software and cables in Australia, so I got a free Freedom Lite meter from Abbots Australia and downloaded the software from their website.

A quick phone call to their support line and asked about the cable, and one was sent out in the post, with a couple of logbooks and testing solution in the box.
