Accu-Chek cassette prescription

Hi all!
New to the forum so first post.
I am trying to sort out AccuChek Mobile cassette on prescription. I have just seen the GP and he could find the Lancets but not the cassettes. I did have the PIP code but he said that wouldn't help?

Any suggestions as he is happy to put them on for me?

My prescription has the following on it:

Mobile cassette (Roche Diabetes Care Ltd)
