best thing i have used ..
does take time to get use to start of testing before all meals it will adjust to carb s that you eat also if you drive test before that gives you more confindence to blood sugars steady i poss drive with bloods sugars slight higher than sitting or walking
also test before bed and then before breakfast you then get some idea of your 24 hour basel rates the docs or nurses will start of all insulin to carb rates lower and as you go along you can alter or adjust very very gentle increase
also winter rates are diffrent to summer as you move more in summer than winter ref day light hours
