Hi all. I've just bought the Accu-chek 360 degree software and successfully downloaded it. Now comes the problem, I can't seem to get it talking to my Accu-chek Mobile meter. No USB cable came with the s/w (I phoned up and there's one coming) but I used one I had handy, they must be compatible, surely?

Anyway my meter says that it is 'Communicating' but nothing else happens. Any help that anyone can give would be very helpful.

You need to download accu check 360 connection manager from the CD-ROM that should have come with the metre. Hope this helps
