    this is my latest grip acc - chef 360 management system is a waste of time .hours lost trying to get it to work .
    me i have had issues every year
    early this year diD 3 months of reports all fine .
    then i have had an issue before an operation can not download results or print out
    so contact them ACCU- CHEK NO IT PERSON AVA wait all day yesterday sorry next week ok
    THE PROBLEM IS THE SQL SYSTEM ..
    had to buy windows system laptop to accommodate the software as they do not do aMAC SYSTEM
    so when it finally , gets back to working will now just show the meter to the hospital will not use the printed system did use it at first , to show the doctors how many blood sugar test i do a month some thing like 170 in some months
    HAS ANYBODY ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM OR IS IT ONLY ME
    REGARDS VIC 63 YEARS ON INSULIN
