- When people who know nothing about the LCHF diet tell me I'm killing myself being on it. I was killing myself not being on it!
Not sure if this is posted in the right place or not, so please move if I am in the wrong place.
I've been using my codefree machine for over a year now, but I'm never totally sure about the results as I can use the same finger prick and each reading could be totally different. So whilst I'm waiting for my testing strips to arrive (note to self, don't wait until you are out of testing strips to order, especially in the middle of winter when bad weather delays the freight boats!) I have been using my free Accu-Chek Mobile. It's a lovely easy machine to use, but the replacement cassettes are a bit expensive. I've ordered 2 from ebay for £28.47 inc postage, so will use them as back-up.
Which meter do you use and why would you recommend it or not?
