Hi I've recently tried to update my data via the diasend to my diabetes specialist nurse without much success I'm now being told that as I'm using Windows 10 I need the Accu chek Smart pix 2 Can anyone please tell me where I can get one and the price Thanks

Hi @anitas,

Accu Check Software is a bit of a pest as it isn't downloadable.
Their website is saying that SmartPix is no longer available and probably you now have to buy the Accu Check 360 software that is the current standard bit of software most users are linked in to.

You will have to buy this software complete with the USB link device from Accu Check at around £25-£30.

The only upside is that once the purchase is made they will support you with free upgrades as necessary going forward and their service is good.

I use the 360 software with my Aviva Expert meter and is one of the better software packages out there.

Thanks for your help I've actually got the 360 which came with my pump Will this help send my data via diasend which I'm currently having problems with as I'm using Windows 10

If you've got the USB connector (realtyme) then the diasend up loader on your computer should load all the data into diasend - I sometimes have to press buttons on my meter to keep it awake while the data is uploading.

Thanks will try that I've got the 360 but not the lead At least I know what I can do now
