Hi - is anyone familiar with this system? I'm slightly worried that my medical professional's interpretation of the data is a little awry. Any help greatly appreciated.

For anybody wondering what this is. Here is the manufacturers info about the product:

http://www.accu-chek.co.uk/gb/products/ ... rtpix.html

Deadwood - don't know what number you are dialling but this one was answered in double quick time ?? 0800 701 000
There is also a special offer on if you wish to purchase.

Got mine yesterday and seems to work fine, but is almost impossible to update as Accu-cheks web site wont work, they say its new and having problems.

Hi Graham.

This link takes you straight to the Log in page of Accu-Chek's site. Have used yesterday and today with no problems at all. You MUST be registered to download and update the software.

https://www.accu-chek.co.uk/gb/myaccuchek.htm

You can download and install the update from there. V.2.02 I think ?

I expressed myself badly, Ken. I should have said "if anyone who answered were capable of taking the order". Apparently those with order taking skills only work office hours, whilst the script-readers work longer hours and I haven't managed to call in office hours. So not really their fault, frustrating as it is to ring an "open all hours" help line, only to be told to ring back in conventional hours!

Yea done all that but 2.2 is another old one when i recived the unit it says update to 3.00 ????
Still dont work so contacted Accu-chek and they say it dont work.

Cheers Graham.
I haven't seen any mention of V.3.0 - mind you I never read the instructions.
Now where did I put them ? :?

Have since found out that V.3.0 has had to go back to the drawing board because of problems and has been removed from the website completely. Therefore for the time being V.2.02 which is available is the only one going. They are unable to say how long it is going to be before a fix is found ?

Ken. :D
