Hiya,
Hoping someone can help! Both me and my brother are Diabetic.
He is on the Accu Chek Spirit Combo. This morning he went to change his insulin reservoir and the plunger bit of it is still stuck inside the pump. No matter what we do we cannot get it out. He is now on Injections for now and rushed to his apprenticeship (he's 16).
Has anyone else had this? We are contacting his team and Accu Chek.

Hope you get some help soon from Accu Check. I use the Combo, but haven't come across this, so I'm afraid I can't help, but wanted to say hello.
