Hi there, don’t know if this is the right place but wondered if anyone has had a similar problem. My son has a accuchek Aviva insight pump. 3 times this week he hasn’t had a hypo but when I look at the data/logbook the hypos are not logged, only the reading done 15minutes later after he’s had the hypo treatment.
I’ve phoned accuchek and they are sending a replacement meter, very helpful as usual.
I just wondered if any one else has experienced this please?
