I do not know as I always buy my own 2032 batteries as they cheap enough, my meter has a built in log book that is excellent with all of the info in it.

I don't use the logbooks but got a battery voucher just before Christmas, I couldn't sign in but used a page where you had to put your serial number etc in and it worked

Edited to say I just went online to get the link and it says

Yes - I don’t bother with the diary but get the free battery voucher and calibration fluid.

You can request them when you request the calibration fluid so it’s easy.

If you must use a logbook, Abbott have a downloadable one that is free.

See your GP, pharmacy etc. they are a good source to check for logbooks...
