Aches and pains

Hi I am a type one diabetic for 25 years. I am expericing a lot of pain from my neck shoulder ankle legs front and back,hands one misshaped pinky , pain is both joints and muscular. I have neuropathy in my toes of my feet. I have been waiting for a appointment with rheumatology for 5 month as my inflammation count was high.I am looking for any tips to relief the pain any advise welcome thanks for your help. Ps I am only 49 !

Please do not suffer with pain. Get back to your GP and ensure that you are given appropriate pain relief. That may also spur-on your GP to consider referring you to a different hospital where there is less of a waiting list and they prioritise diagnosis.

Thanks Doug I now have appointment at end of sept and gp has given me new pain relief to try .
