Aches and pains

Hi. How do you feel when you first get out of bed in the mornings? I feel about ninety I ache from head to toe. I have ask my friends and family how they feel and they feel more or less the same, so its not to do with being diabetic none of them are? Is this normal? I

I am the same, but once I'm up and about I feel fine! It feels like such a chore to get up in the mornings! Not sure if it's anything to do with diabetes or I'm just lazy !? Haha

My first guess would be: if you don't get 20 minutes of sun exposure to 75% of your body every day, then you're quite likely to be Vitamin D deficient. There are quite a few threads about it elsewhere on the forum.

I'm a bit like that today. The only time I feel good is if I drink lots of water. Not my fav thing so have to force it down, but it really does work

I have taken vitimin D for the last nine years. I can't go in the sun because I'm on anti regection pills.

I cant tell because I have Oteoarthritis as well.
It could be one or the other or both.
