Aching in leg!

I've had lower back pain for the last week, did a urine sample and all ok I think, possibly could be because I recently went back to work and started wearing heals after 3 weeks off? Today I've got like an aching dull pain in my leg, like I've banged it, it doesnt hurt it's just uncomfortable?

Just wondering if any of you wonderful people had any words of advice?

I'm now panicking that I'll need my leg chopped off lol :S
 
Maybe it's a trapped nerve? I'm pretty sure if this is the case it will go away in a while but i don't know lots about the subject. Just thought I'd try and input :)

Have you just started injecting in thigh? (if you use insulin).
The reason I ask this Is this happenned to me. I was given shorter needles and was fine.

Hi Paula, I have always used my thigh, it's on my shin bone it hurts... Not as bad today but still there in the background. I've just gone back onto lantus (and that time of the month is due)

Try wearing flat shoes for a few days and see if this helps, it could well be the heels.
