Did you know that the yoghurt has 15.2g of carbohydrates, of which sugars 14.9g per pot. To me, that is not very healthy for us diabetics and think I have found out why I am so high after lunch. Anyone else notice these little tidbits on so called healthy food. Also, I did notice that if you eat 2 pots, it gives you chronic tummy upset
Daibell said:Yup, you've discovered that 'healthy' food often isn't and 'low-fat' usually means high sugar. So that's why there are so many obese people around! I have Irish Yogurts 0%/0% fruit yoghurt which has sweeteners not sugar added so is pretty good all round if you like fruit yoghurts.

The best is definitely Lidl's whole milk yogurt with fruit added by you, or you could try low sugar jam.
