I find that too much Creon makes me constipated, not enough I'm loose, despite a high protein medium fat diet, I usually loose 1kg per 3 months but if I take a little more carbs then I don't obviously this affects my HbA1C and my diabetes nurse will tell me off  But it is a very fine balance of more than one item in my diet which is far too easy to get wrong</blockquote>
