adjusting levemir dose, morning or night ?

I need to increase my Levemir as im going high around 12pm - 8pm , im confused if its my morning dose or my night time dose I should increase ? any help would be great
 
I would increase the morning dose myself, but obviously keep a check on your bloods. I do my injections 12 hours apart at 7am and pm so know it wouldn't be my night time dose as it would've finished working.
 
Morning dose going by what you say.
If you are high on an afternoon the insulin is obviously tailing off so you would more than likely need a bit more

Iv just reduced mine to stop hypos during the day at work
 
Hello @Cliodb

You will need to speak to your DSN tomorrow - unfortunately no one here is able to advise you in changes with your insulin - your team will need to do this for you if your not comfortable doing it by yourself.
 
It could also be your bolus ratio for lunch time thats out, or timing of lunch bolus - lots of things to consider. Speak to your DSN
