@ admin/mods, taken to ***************** page again

For any of the moderators or administrators, yet again I have just been taken to the ***************** page while just clicking front page to stop showing what alerts I had. I have my laptop to accept no cookies without asking 1st, I came up, didn't check what it was for just refused permission and a pop-up (which I have blocked) appeared asking if I would prefer going to a different site. I have closed both pages down, but this is a heads up to say the problems are still on the site and getting worse.

I know there has been a thread regarding this but I couldn't find it again, sorry.

I am using Internet Explorer11 and a Windows 7 laptop.

Clear your cookies if you can - worked for me.
