There's no answer to that if you haven't got a breakdown of the bloods. They may have. Are you type 1 or type 2? Have you any test strips you can use? If you have check your bloods. If they aren't high then DKA is very unlikely. Do you have Urine Testing sticks?
It's possible it could have been euglycemic ketoacidosis if you had been through heavy starvation, but that's very rare. They would need to have checked your ketone and blood pH levels.
