Hey guys,
I'm looking into getting a tattoo on my lower arm. I was wondering if any of you have any advice on me getting 1?

Thankies

Only 2 bits of advice I can give

1) 'forget' to tell them you are diabetic

2) GO FOR IT!!!

:D:D

I have 29 tats so far.

Yes, get it on your upper arm so that you can cover it up easily!

I've got one on my upper arm; it was no problem at all. As long as you are in good health and your bloods are not affecting how your skin heals you won't have a problem.

Also, keep in mind that black tattoos are easiest to remove and green ones really hard...

Get references of the tattooist. & portfolio of his/her work. ;)

choose something that won't look silly when you are old, on a body part that wont shrink, wrinkle, distort or sag too much.

choose colours that won't blur or fade too much, for the same reasons.

and go to the best tattooist you can find, even if that means waiting and saving and travelling.

I see a lot of tattoos that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
