Hi I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice, I’m doing everything I’m meant to be doing and my blood sugars are always high still, I’m type 1 I’m on 1000mg metformin a day, 50 units tresiba in the evening and my ratio of fiasp is 1.5 -10g. I inject at the times I’m meant to and I alternate where I do my injections, nothing seems to be helping. Starting to feel terrible with it now too. Any advice would be great thanks.
P.S yes gp and diabetes nurse knows but just tell me to adjust insulin accordingly

Do you use the same ratio for all foods? Most type 1s use different ratios for different times of the day. Even with Fiasp do you vary the pre food injection timing? Again mine varies from 30-40 minutes before to after eating, depending on the time of day. And lastly do you split doses for higher fat foods and do correction doses regularly?
