Hi I was diagnosed in august last year aged 26 they've said it's LADA. Blood sugars range anywhere between 8 and 26. Have been on metformin ever since. They have said it's not developed enough for insulin yet tho my own GP can't understand why. Have been feeling ok up until today have fainted and feel generally really rubbish with excess peeing and severe thirst I am I panicking incase of DKA don't really know what I'm supposed to be looking out for and of course no diabetic nurses available to contact after 4pm. Any advice would be good feeling kind of lost with it all thanks

If you're worried you might be in DKA get yourself to a+e. A small infection you might not even notice could send you over the edge. Those blood sugars need sorting anyhow and quickly.
Blood sugar is 15.9 now

Yes, call 111 - if you need medical attention, they'll arrange it for you. Your sugars are too high, and you shouldn't be fainting. I'm pleased you're clearly aware of what DKA is, and are taking it seriously - here is a link to some information about DKA, which includes a list of symptoms:

Does your breath smell fruity (like pear drop sweets or nail varnish)? - if so, this could indicate ketones, and you would need medical attention. Drink lots of water in the mean time.
Also, do you have a large (24 hour) supermarket near you? Some of the larger ones have pharmacies, and you may be able to buy a ketone monitor and testing strips; or a least some Ketostix (urine sticks to test for ketones) - which may help to put you at ease when you're feeling like this.

Very tired and weak waiting to go to see my doctor rang diabetic nurse and she said she doesn't know if it diabetes related so to see my own GP first.
