hi I am a type 2 diabetic and am having a difficult time trying to find yoghurts that are under 5grams of sugar. Hoping someone can help . Thankyou x

Hi @Lilacleigh and welcome to the forum. As I don't live in the UK I won't be much help with yoghurt brands available there. In NZ I opt for the lowest carb thick natural greek yoghurts and I love them so much.

By the way, that's a cute little someone in your profile photo!

Fage Greek yoghurt.

Forgive me if you already know this but sugar is a carbohydrate and we would normally count the total carbohydrate level (per 100g weight) in a food rather than just the amount of sugar.

I just checked my yoghurt. It is pot set Greek full fat and 5.6g of sugar. I had some today on my berries with nuts. Since I allow 20g of carbs per meal or 30g if low GI I'm good with this yoghurt. Just means that the rest of the meal can only have 15g of carbs.

Hi there. I’ve found Alpro simply plain very nice over berries . 2.1g of carbs per 100g of which 2.1 is sugars. 2.3g fat and only 0.4 of it is the saturated stuff . Yum

I use Alpro Plain Unsweetened.
Zero Carbs
Zero Sugar
