I am almost a week into low carbing and its so far worked wonders on my sugars, however I am extremely tired. I do work full time in a stressful job, I am also having headcahes which I never did before, is this quite normal ? Will it pass ? Should I be taking any supplements? I have not cut out carbs altogther just reduced them considerably
