Advice please

Hi Susie,

Have you seen the Pataks curry pastes? Not the sauces, which are higher carb.

They are gorgeous. Nicely balanced flavours, which have already been cooked, so the taste is mature, not raw.

I use them all the time -a tsp in mayo for coronation chicken, a dab to make a veg curry side dish...

I think a tsp stirred into your soups would be great.
