I had my evening meal at 6pm, steak, 2 onion rings, 6 fat chips and peas. At 9pm my bg was 5.8. Had a cup off tea and went to sleep. Woke up at 8am bg 9.5.
I always have high bg in morning....dont understand why. Anyone help?
 
The best way is probably for you to look up Dawn Phenomenon or Liver Dump. They are the same thing but it doesn't always happen at dawn.
