Im type 2 and take januvia 100mg, I keep feeling really tired and washed out is this normal as I'm quite new to all this and can't get my head around it .

He said he was pleased with all my blood results and readings so doesn't wanna change my meds, only thing I need to watch is my blood pressure which I've been taking meds for for a while now, i just wanna know if feeling tired all the time is normal cos its really getting me down

It could be the BP meds making you feel tired as this is a side effect of some of them. What did the GP think was causing the tiredness?

What do you generally eat in a day as it might be diet related.

Gp didn't seem bothered, I eat healthy and try not to eat many carbs
