So I’m self employed as driving instructor. Spoke to dr today (surgery had called about something else so I grabbed opportunity and dr spoke to me)
She said because my diabetes is controlled I’m not on her list of massively at risk people.
She didn’t advise me to stop working but just to take ore Austin’s, so no one in the car with symptoms etc.
But I need to think about self isolating for 12 weeks as suggested.
Pupils are cancelling in their droves. Over last two days have lost 16 hours for this week. So if I self isolate I will have better idea of finances as I should be good to claim universal credit.
But I feel like I’m overreacting. I struggle to take days off even when I am ill. So to take time off when I feel perfectly ok is really difficult and I’m fact impossible. I feel like I’m being lazy if I do take time off.
The problem is someone could get in car who doesn’t know they are infected and pass it on.
mt head is spinning and just need some thoughts from you guys.
