We'll need a little more information than that... What did you eat, what does a regular day's meals look like, and do you follow a certain diet? Are there other conditions you take medication for (can be of influence)? If a test result is suprising (like the 3,8 after a meal), do you wash your hands and try again? Some things can skew a result, like hand lotion etc.
